Laundry Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, sort, and stain-treat daily returns of used linens and towels for laundering
- Operate commercial washing machines and dryers according to specified protocols for each type of linen
- Fold, iron, and bundle clean linens and towels
- Inspect laundered items for quality control, ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Package laundered items, place in inventory for future orders, and move packaged items into storage
- Pull clean linens and towels from storage to fulfill daily orders
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including machines, surfaces, and storage areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling laundry equipment and chemicals
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading daily orders into delivery vehicles or special requests
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in laundry services or related field preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and basic laundry care techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy laundry bags or bins
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Staging Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Distribute delivered clean linens and towels to designated areas within vacation rental homes, such as making beds in guest rooms and staging towels in kitchens and bathrooms
- Ensure cleanliness in the delivery vacation rental homes, and maintain cleanliness of distributed linens and towels within the homes
- Inspect delivered items for quality control, ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Follow distribution procedures to maintain a hygienic environment
- Assist laundry attendants with sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing and packaging laundered linens and towels
- Assist with pulling clean linens and towels from storage to fulfill daily orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including machines, surfaces, and storage areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling laundry equipment and chemicals
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading daily orders into delivery vehicles or special requests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a role with similar hospitality or housekeeping duties preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards of exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to standard distribution protocols
- Physical stamina, ability to carry heavy laundry bags, lift mattresses, and make bunk beds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
