We are Crystal Beach Homeowners with a proven income generating model. 

We signed up with a nationally-known management company to manage our house in Crystal Beach, but there were difficulties from the beginning. A few months in, we found mounting maintenance/damage issues that weren’t being addressed, poor reviews on housekeeping issues, failures to respond to guests’ questions, and a failure to respond to our owner questions and concerns. Financials were a mystery, with questions going unanswered or answered in such a way that we had even more questions. When we took our house back, we checked with the other management companies in the area and got the impression that we either needed to be okay with that level of guest service and owner communication, or we had to roll up our sleeves and manage it ourselves. 

With the ability to work from just about anywhere, we started spending a lot of quality time in Crystal Beach. After figuring out a ton of best practices and employing some of the best STR software tools available, we started helping other Crystal Beach owners by bringing their homes into the model that we had developed. After a markedly successful 2022 season, we decided to begin rolling out the service to other Crystal Beach owners as well – always keeping in mind that our primary focus is outstanding guest experiences, 5 star reviews, fair-market rental rates, and transparent financial reports to our fellow owners. Everything that we wanted and expected when we started out.

We realized, it takes a Crystal Beach homeowner and former vacation rental guest to understand what our guests need to guarantee a worry-free and fond memory generating experience. We also realized, we can offer the same successful model to our fellow homeowners…hosting management by homeowners, for homeowners.
